- A £50 non-returnable deposit is required within seven days of booking
- Full payment is due four weeks prior to your holiday(this or part off may be refunded if we are able to re-let,dependent on resale price)
- We accept cheque or paypal for deposit only. Final payment by cheque only.
- Gas and Electric are included in price
- Parkdean rules apply:
- NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS
- NO SMOKING IN VANS
- NO FISHING TACKLE IN VAN
- NO BAIT IN VAN
- ANYONE FOUND FLOUTING THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE WITH NO REFUND
- At present we do not supply Club passes, these are available at reception for.
£6.50 low season: £7.50 high season
- Fishing passes can be purchased direct from the fishing lodge, you must hold a current NRA fishing permit.There is no longer a discount for advance booking
- Linnen and towels are not supplied but can be arranged at £25
- We do ask you to clean the van before you leave, but this can also be arranged at £25
- If you have any problems during your stay you can call me and I will resolve any issues.
- Any breakages must be replaced or paid for.
